Learn to create a home practice and different techniques for practicing meditation and mindfulness. You will learn, be guided and be held accountable for practicing these life changing tools using Simple, Easy, Everyday meditation.


A Deeper Dive into Meditation

Class 1

Wednesday, November 13  at 7:00 p.m.

Guidelines for seated Meditation. We will learn Breath, Body Scan Meditations.

Class 2

Wednesday November 20 at 7:00 p.m.

Living and Working Mindfully. We will learn techniques to practice hourly and daily as well as a mantra meditation.



Suggested reading (but not required): Simple Easy Everyday Meditation by Sarah McLean.

Special offer for seminar participants is $50.00 for both classes (normally $100 per session)!
